Hi! I have a TV, Samsung ue49ku6100kxxu, no boot, when connect the power cord, standby led and the backlight up and down repeated. When i disconnect the MB, the backlight is up.
I take some measurement and all ok. I have already try tape method and same happen, if I disconnect both flex from mainboard to panel tv same happened. This is a software error?
I have an IC programmer: CH341A
    MB model: BN41-02528
    MB code: BN41-02528A
    on the glued label: BN94-10826K

The jumper on the motherboard must first be placed between FB_TRDY_1 and FB_TRDY_3, and then the LVDS cables must be removed.

It's strange, as if the video is empty, there is no picture. It is necessary not to disconnect two loops at once, but one at a time.
You also need to check the signal lines on the hdmi and usb ports for short or low resistance relative to ground.

I changed the MB, I take the measurements and good all, wired that what you say, and I have a picture on the right side of the screen and rebooted repetitively when connect the left side. Photo is the working.

You are masking the wrong contacts, they are on the left. Post the full photo of these contacts.

Measure the resistance on these legs relative to ground (these are TVS diodes, they often have problems with low or short resistance).

                              found a low resistance pin

Try removing this assembly and checking again. If it doesn't help, then the problem is in the panel and you will have to mask or cut this signal.

Removed. The smd marked "E5" seems to be good, I measure the same value on the panel. Test it and problem not solved.

Using a multimeter, check which pin this pin goes to on the connector and mask it.

Masked and have a full screen, but there are horizontal stripes all over the screen.
I still use the jumper between FB_TRDY_1 and FB_TRDY_3.

It is necessary to mask experimentally the adjacent contacts (usually 8-9 pin), the jumper will no longer be needed for diagnostics.
