Horizontal stripes are only visible when the background color is dark. The darker the color, the more visible the stripe, if it is completely black, it is not visible. Hi! I have a TV, Samsung ue49ku6100kxxu, no boot, when connect the power cord, standby led and the backlight up and down repeated. When i disconnect the MB, the backlight is up.
