Sony KDL 40V3000 no audio

Sony KDL 40V3000 lost audio using TVs speakers and checking audio at head set jack found no audio there either. Replaced Audio/Video board still no change in audio and television will longer recognizes the tuner board as a video input after the A/V board was replaced. Any suggestions on what to do next?

A lot of TVs have a power cable from the power Supply to the main board. Usually 12 to 18 vdc. Check power using chassis gnd as reference for meter gnd lead
