You have had enough posts now to know we are lost without pictures.- Bit like the tv!
Moreover you have been through many tests with Tom - so rather than us wheedle each step why not do some basic testing or if you have already done it tell us what you find/found. From what you say it could be power supply, main board, Tcon, cables.
What is the history of the set - died in action - found in a bin?

I have been doing it but this tv has 10 boards in total !!! Turned on watchin went to black screen with back light

What is this ? I'm getting power to one side and nothing to the other on the other side of this board is the wire that goes to the control board bellow the 270

Think you need to start at first principles. Check PSU supplies, M.B. rails then get the scope out, check the LVDS etc and supplies to T-Con....

With the fault you have and the description you have given--could be anything!

useless without a pinout i would of thought, just random numbers without knowing what they are for and where they lead to and whats abnormal and normal etc

try disconnecting main board see if voltages rise etc etc

In Pic 3 in the first group of 4 - on the left hand side just to the left of the group of
red cable connectors there looks to be a red barrel fuse - is it - and if it is test it.

When you say "you get power to one side" you need to clarify. A voltage on one end, wrt (with respect to) ground, is not necessarily "power" on one side. Is that what you mean? Plenty of components act like that, typically, they are parallel parts. It is not necessarily a fault.

Have you checked the fuse on the t-con board and the voltage at both ends of that fuse?

This with the p on im getting 5.13v into it but only 0.10v out

That was for the built in dvd I have removed that board completely now to try empty it for bear nessesitys

The "P" is a fuse. It commonly blows on these sets, so you can try replacing it.
T-con fuse is first place to check when no picture with backlight symptom is presented.

Remember the fuses on the panasonic are these the same ?

Different, but as a quick test (and ONLY as a test) you could use it.

For full repair replace with 3A 32V (or higher) 0603 type fuse, e.x.
