Hi,

I had same problem with my LG 32LD750, he was also turning on and off repeatedly.

Solution in my case was unplugging ribbon cables and cleaning them. After reconnecting cables TV is working as it should.

did you try that?

The boards are out there, but pricey. $119 with $15 for shipping is the best price I've found, but more than I want to pay. I've been looking for the same board for a month or so now. I tried repairing my board, but it keeps shorting 1 of the transistors when I power it on. I can't figure out why.

I unplugged them, blew them out and wiped the ends. That didn't change anything for me.

I guess the 125 for the board is better than a new tv.
