    Toshiba V-226B VCR No Power

Hi I have a Toshiba V-226B VCR which is getting no power. The screen is not lighting on the front.
So Im assuming theres none getting out of the power supply at this point.
Any Ideas on what I should check to find the fault with it.
Heres 2 photos of the power supply.
    Thanks

Check all electrolytic capacitors for their capacitance and ESR; if there is nothing to measure, then replace them with new ones.

First fix some of those bad solder joints, just to rule it out, search for bad solder joint images if needed. Simple easy thing to do before moving on, most of these being 30 or more years old it's likely you do have some faulty caps.

            Hi again.
Im going to leave it for a while but I'll get back to it soon enough. I'll write down all the cap numbers and get some new ones.
Im using a Panasonic NV-HS850 instead. Its got a really fast ,rewind and fast forward on it.
            Thanks for the help
