Vizio VW42L acting crazy Please Help.

Hi guys; today i brought home this Vizio VW42L that someone put on the side of the street i connected when i power it up and it acts crazy and do not let me control it,i use the controls on tv since i don't have the remote,send a video , any help would be apreciated.

open up the back it looks like something is shorting out a button, i would try and disconnect the button panel and see what happens
