Philips 37PF7321D/37 going to MENU by itself

This Philips kept going into the MENU all by itself.

Sometimes within minuets, sometimes not for twenty minuets.

Philips had this problem about six years ago at the time this one was made.

The Philips web support page states that the problem can be fixed by installing the latest firmware.

After I installed the firmware the TV still had the same broblem.

I then unplugged the Control/button panel from the main circuit board and the problem went away.

I ohm ed out the Control/button panel and found it to have leaky micro switches. After replacing them the TV works Great.

This problem is common to other makes as well, changing channels, turning on/off by itself, etc.

Philips 58PUS7805 Menu working but no/weird picture from video sources
      by Ierwin
      Hello everyone,

I got a 58pus7805 that shows some weird behavior.
The menu and remote work fine and the picture is looking crisp and flawless while navigating the menu.
However, when a video source is displayed the screen either goes solid green (HDMI), solid black (SAT TV) or shows some fragments on mostly green background (AVI Playback from USB).

I tried to reinstall the firmware through the menu which was rejected saying it already had the latest version.
I managed to install the latest official firmware by holding the control button while plugging...

Unnlock Menu for 2007 DU-27FB32C comerrcial CRT TV
      by Retro140
      Hello,

So I was referred here when I made this poste over on AVForums: https://www.avsforum.com/threads/loc...lg-tv.3257234/

To summarize, this is a commercial TV and I can't get a menu of any kind. I know the overlay is working because when I change channel, adjust volume, turn on sleep timer I do see text. But I have not ever seen the user menu nor the installers menu. I've tried a bunch of remotes(more info on the AVF post) and tried every button...

Philips 8200 series 65PUS8204/12 stuck at Philips Logo
      by G33RT
Philips 8200 series 65PUS8204/12 stuck at Philips Logo, it does not reboot it just stays on the logo.

It does power up when pressing the power button.

I already try the power button while plugin the plug with no result.
Also put the latest firmware autorun-TPM191E_R.001.004.100.000.upg on a MBR/FAT32 USB stick at USB port2 with no result either.

Could this be an PSU or eMMC issue ?

EIZO CX270 - No signal but Backlight and Panel works, logo works, admin menu works. OSD doesn't. What?!
      by vf fa
Hi, so i guess I´ll have to make a new topic here, as i browsed through hundreds of other threads but couldn't find a solution to my problem yet.

I got a EIZO CX270 from a friend. He said it doesn't work anymore and wont display any signal or take any OSD inputs. Well, as an aspiring photographer I couldn't say no, could I? Thought it was an easy game, replace a bad cap and have a working monitor. But nooope, it wasn't supposed to be this easy.

So let me start with the problem description. I'll try my best not to skip anything so this might get rather long.
