Re: digihome 32860fhd
just no picture at all back lights are all lit really bright sounds great 12 volt on each side of t con fuse now just read this on another site!!
To let you know...This is a universal test, any time you are trying to determine between a bad main board and a tcon/lcd panel if you disconnect the LVDS and reconnect it with the backlight one...if the screen flickers you have a bad main board, if it does not you have a bad tcon/lcd.
yes when i reconnect the lvds with set on the screen flashes various colors. so whats your thought are they correct a bad main board.Last edited by vinceroger69; 01-03-2014, 12:01 PM.Comment

Re: digihome 32860fhd
Well as it flashes colours when you reconnect the lvds ,from what you just said it could be a main board fault. Check the connectors for bent pins then test the voltage regulators on the main board.
Hows the connector from tcon to panelLast edited by selldoor; 01-03-2014, 12:08 PM.Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Re: digihome 32860fhd
Do check the VGH/VON and VGL/VOFFE on t-con board. Also, no menu? All regulators on main board OK?Last edited by tom66; 01-03-2014, 12:24 PM.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Re: digihome 32860fhd
T-con is not working. VON/VOFF is a sub supply generated off AVDD which should be about 15~16V. It is, however, vaguely possible that a control signal from the main board to the t-con is missing. Can you try checking any one of the VON/VOFF voltages when you wiggle the connector, just in case it is that problem. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Hitachi 32HAE2351 Vestel 17MB171 - Rotate Image
Mainboard: VESTEL 17MB171 Chassis: VES315WNGB - 2D - N52
The TV was stuck on the logo and I couldn't access the update menu.
I couldn't find the firmware for the Hitachi 32HAE2351 and updated it with the Toshiba 32WA2063DG - Vestel 17MB171 firmware.
The image result was good, but the image is inverted.
The image rotation/mirror function doesn't exist in the Menu Server. I can't correct the image.
Do you have the firmware for the Hitachi 32HAE2351 - Vestel 17MB171 motherboard or a solution to rotate the image in... -

by StrudulI've got a Digihome 40272SM with a number of problems, some of which appear to be intermittent.
1) Initially, the problem was an intermittent dark patch on the left side of the screen and a single 1 pixel wide black vertical line on the right side. The dark patch seems to have fixed itself, but the black vertical line remains. I'm assuming this is due to a faulty panel, so will just have to live with it (it's not too invasive for the use it gets).
2) Along with the above, the TV would turn itself off randomly. This only seemed to happen when the dark patch on the... -
by France_53Hello everyone from Italy, I'm here to ask for help on a Vestel TV, I've had a Vestel TV branded "XD" with a broken screen for years, but now I've found a Telefunken (still Vestel but older) and I've mounted the panel on the "XD" TV, it works, but the screen is upside down, given that Vestel does not allow you to rotate the image from the service menu, does anyone know how to solve the problem? the original panel is marked ves315WNDS-2D-N12 while the main board 17mb110, the panel I mounted instead in the tv (from the telefunken) is a ves315WNDA-02. ... It is not worth repairing...
