Hi, I have a 42 inch LCD from LG, part number LC420WUD-SBM4. This is from a broken TV (German brand Loewe, model Art 42 SL). I would like to misuse this LCD as a picture frame. That panel is a bit special, since it has 4 x LVDS channels with 10 bits each, but only WUXGA (1920 x 1080) resolution. I have been trying to find a controller board with HDMI interface for this panel, but was not successful. Any tips, where I could find one ?

I did look on AliExpress. If I search for the panel name, only TCON boards show up. If I refine my search for e.g. 4 ch LVDS 10 bit, some boards come up, but no info, on whether timing could be adjusted, ... My experience with AliExpress is, that you usually get a board with no additional collateral, so no info how to adjust it. I also sent mails to some of those vendors, however no response from any of them. As I am not so experienced with LCD control I thought someone here might have additional tips.Comment
