Samsung UN60EH6000 Dump

I have a Samsung UN60EH6000 that will not turn on. When I turn it on, no start-up melody. Only the screen flickers around the edges. I have replaced the T-con board, but issue persists. I have also checked the voltages on the power board and they seem to be correct.

Power Board: BN44-00500A
T-Con Board: BN95-00944B
Main Board: BN94-05549E

I have pulled off the chip IC901 on the main board. This is a Winbond W25Q128BVFG Chip.

My bin dump is below. Can someone look at this and see if this is good or bad file?
