    Re: DP50747 Question

Depends on which side the reference labels for the voltages etc are... You shall see them when you look

      Re: DP50747 Question

Actually, to make sure I know what pictures you're looking for, are you talking about taking pictures of the actual circuits that I was testing on in the power fail circuit chart?

        Re: DP50747 Question

No No, If you look at the PSU and filter board near any connectors you should see voltage references etc, 2 seconds I will give an example

          Re: DP50747 Question

look for the print that is highlighted, take a close pic so i can read them... do this to all the connectors on the PSU

As your board seems to be a different revision than the one in the manual I need to figure what is going where so i can trace the circuits via the schematics and pinpoint where the failure is occurring

Gotcha, I'll post some pics when I get back home, can't thank you enough for the help! Are you thinking I have a diode or chip that has fried out when those capacitors went bad?

Thinking something back in circuit has shorted causing low volt refs at the test points

OK, here are some pics of the power board connections. I left all plugged in so you could see which ones cables aren't used on if that's helpful (there are multiple connectors that aren't used).

Let me know if any of these won't suffice for now or if you think any other board pics would help.

                    Re: DP50747 Question

Does the fact that we're good on Vs but nothing on Va point us to something on the power board for sure? A short somewhere? I'm just not sure how to proceed. I've read some people say that there was another common piece outside of the caps that goes bad on this board and needs to be replaced, but could never find out exactly what it was.
