Insignia NS-PDP50 plasma turns off after 20 to 30 min

i have been looking through most all posts for an idea on how to repair this problem. It is a insignia NS-PDP50.
the problem i'm having is i turn on the unit (cold for about 2hrs) and it blinks green for 5 green blinks and a short one and it works fine, volume, picture everything good for the first 30 min or so then turns off with no blinking red light, it just goes to the stand-by red solid light so i turn it on again and all good for only 3 to4 min then turns off again goes back to stand-by,and so on.
i have checked the vs and va voltages and adjusted them within .02v-same result, I did have very small amount of snow while on a dark picture so i've adjusted the ysus board and it corrected the snow problem- but still turns off.
next i disconnected the y and z sus boards with same results . At that point i ordered a new power supply board from Shop Jimmy and installed it tonight, and have the same problem. everything is clean from dust and the 10" long (squirrel cage type) fan at the top of the tv is working for cooling.
Any ideas or other things to check from the pro's would be appreciated
    Thanks
    Guy

      update to plasma
if i leave the back cover off it has run for 30 hours so far
the fan is running but it squeals at start-up so i'm not sure if its cooling properly with the cover on or is the tv just showing its age.

Sounds like some component of the TV is overheating. If you have an Infared Thermometer point it at the main IC's and metal heatsinks to see if something is running particularly hot.

here are some temps i'm concerned about
pic 054 is at the top right of the y board and has been as high as 126deg on that chip the rest of them on that heat sink are about 15 deg cooler
the other 2 pics are the z sus board .
