mosfets i can use help please

hi I have a 42pq3000 com in with blown n channel mosferts 4 of them and 2 irgps I have new ones of these but I need help with the 4 blown smaller mosfets

the mosfets in the board that are blown are these

30j124

these are what I have to use at the moment can anyone tell me if they suitable

are these ok to use

The 30J124 is an IGBT, so must be substituted with an IGBT not a MOSFET (different type of component.)

if you can get 30j121 will be best subtitute

30g124 is an igbt so just need clarification

No idea on that being a sub, but remember if you replace that it's a good idea to replace the driver IC it's attached to (follow the gate pin), or you may blow you new IGBT up again.
