I have a short on my main board. The short was originally found while testing a capacitor. I pulled the cap and the meter still reads continuity between the 2 through holes for cap with the cap out. I thought it was the eeprom chip so I removed it and there still appears to be a short somewhere in the board. My next place to look is on the chip underneath the heat sink. Does anyone have input? Attached are pics front and back of the board.
