I think this is caused by impact damage this is only problem with whole set

Certainly looks like impact trauma. Have a 46 inch sony that has similar issue. That one fell on its face.

With the set off look with a flashlight on an angle. Can you still see it?

If it's an older 32" or 37" Samsung panel, it's due to some internal failure of the LCD panel... not impact damage but all the same as it's unrepairable.
