Power off Problems with Visio P42HDTV10A

I have a Visio Plasma 42 inch TV (P42HDTV10A). It works beautifully except it cuts itself off after a few minutes, sometimes less. I hear a small click and the green light goes to yellow standby. I can immediately turn the TV back on and it repeats itself.

I have already tried replacing the Power Supply, the Sub Power Supply and the Main Unit with no change. Would the Y and Z Sustain boards be causing this, if so which one would be the most likely candidate? If not the Y or Z, then what is your guess?

How bout the power button? Could it be that the power button is intermittent shutting it off?
