    AP4593GM Where to buy?

    Does any one know of a place to order this MOSFET from here in the USA?
    All i could find was from China or overseas.?

    There is no datasheet found for AP4593GM, can you give more information.
    like case type? where is it being used?

        This device is identical to a Si4953DY, which is a lot more readily available.
