How do I troubleshoot a philips S42SD-YB05 plasma with no picture? it will power on and the front green LED will blink 4 times, pause then blink another 8 times. I have checked voltages on the power supply and they all appear ok apart from one. VSND states +18v and -18v on the power supply but the readings are VSND +19.7v and VSND -19.7v and i'm sure this voltage read +20.4v and -20.4v a few days ago when i checked it.
I have checked caps visually and can not see any domed or leaking caps, but I am unsure if the chip type SMT caps on the logic board are ok or not(see pics).
Vs, Va, Ve, Vg, Vsc and Vset all appear ok and all fuses I can see are ok.
Any advice is appreciated
