Vizio GV46L Blue screen.

Got a chance to pick this up cheap. Has a solid blue screen. Don't know about audio.
Main or TCON?

I remember this vizio start up with a blue screen with the "no signal" message if there's no input. I'm guessing if its just a blue screen with no message its a main board problem and something is corrupted in it.
