I need help with a Dell 50" Plasma W5001C HD

I got a 50 inch plasma I would like to use but it doesn't display anything or any sound at all. Checked the power board and all voltages are there +/- 0.5 to 1v. using a craftsman meter so should be accurate. The thing that stumbles me is the blue led doesn't turn on. I can use the on/off button on the tv and the power button lights up and I can hear the relay click but no display or sound. I checked the board with all cables connected and all cables disconnected. Same result. All fuses are good even the green soldered on ones.
On the mainboard (I think) the 3 leds for S5v, +5v and +5v are lit when tv is turned on. But there is one led on the board underneath that blinks when tv is on. I think it's the controller board but not sure. I can't find any information about this TV at all.
I uploaded a bunch of pictures. most of the boards are Samsung. Also showing the board that blinks with the leds marked. Can someone help me? I don't mind replacing a board but don't want to dump to much into it. Thanks

Oh. It looks like someone replaced some caps on the power supply board. Look at the green ones. I have no idea if they are the right ones. they are 16v 2200uf. can someone confirm they are the right ones?

Did you buy the TV in this condition? If so, you may have sound, but you might not be able to get to an input to verify. I'm not sure if the repair mentioned in this thread will correct issues with your TV: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...=dell+w5001chd

I'd at least check the components mentioned in the repair.
