I just pulled out the diode and the reference is MUR460 / 937 but I cannot find the 937 is there any way to replace it how can I choose the correct one?

And off course you were right, after pulling out the diode I test the other one and gave me 425

I think you just need the first portion MUR460. Datasheet attached below

Thanks Caleb, you are right I found that the second number has to do with the manufactured date. Ordering ......;-)

It's cool to see this posting. I have the same problem with my vizio vl320m. I went over the power supply the other night and found a bad diode, the same one under the heat sink. I will order and hopefully I will get the expected voltages. I found that before seeing this posting, but this posting serves as a confirmation. This site is a great tool!

I also have this same Vizio VO320E power supply (DPS-172EP) that has me a bit stumped. No output on any rails. Not even on the +5vSB. Main fuse is good. All caps are good. Initially, I found 2 bad MOSFET’s (Q700 & Q708) I replaced them and still no power anywhere. I followed this post up to #28. As suggested I checked the DC voltage across C802, it’s 180vdc. Reading on to post #30, the voltage across C903 is alternating between 9 and 13vdc. Post #36… Diodes D802 & D803 seem to be OK. Thoughts?

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

Also replaced T-Con (may have damaged the original while hot air removing components, board has slight warp) and have full image but few horizontal lines on the screen. Some of the lines appears to be 2 pixel tall while others are 1 pixel tall.

                    by Hakuu
                    Hi There,

This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.

After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.

Panasonic TC-P54VT25 No image. A or D board?
                    by canadaboy25
I have a Panasonic TC-P54VT25 that will power on and prime the display but there is no image at all.

The panel is primed as there is a slight glow from the entire panel. This means the problem should be logic related. The service manual also confirms this and recommends replacing the A or the D board.

I have tried to get the TV to display the test sequence but I have been unable to and I don't even know if this TV has a test sequence or not. I tried following tom66's instructions in post #3 on this thread https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=26790. There was...
