Vizio VO320E power supply, DPS-172EP No Power
I have a Vizio VO320E power supply (DPS-172EP) that has me a bit stumped. No output on any rails. Not even on the +5vSB. Main fuse is good. All caps are good. Initially, I found 2 bad MOSFET's (Q700 & Q708) I replaced them and still no power anywhere. Thoughts?

Re: Vizio VO320E Bad Power Supply Board?
I also have this same Vizio VO320E power supply (DPS-172EP) that has me a bit stumped. No output on any rails. Not even on the +5vSB. Main fuse is good. All caps are good. Initially, I found 2 bad MOSFET’s (Q700 & Q708) I replaced them and still no power anywhere. I followed this post up to #28. As suggested I checked the DC voltage across C802, it’s 180vdc. Reading on to post #30, the voltage across C903 is alternating between 9 and 13vdc. Post #36… Diodes D802 & D803 seem to be OK. Thoughts?

Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hello everyone, I cut my computer teeth on a Commodore-64 back in the early 80's. My first PC was an IBM 8086. I have worked in with electronics since 1992, mostly in the broadcast industry. I spent about 7 years on the road as an Engineer in Charge of a mobile TV truck working all types of remote television events ranging from High School sports to Super Bowls. In June of 2012, I gave up the road life to work as Senior Broadcast Engineer for a large and well known sports entertainment group in North Florida.
