Possible bad panel or the ribbon cables that connect the tcon to the panel has gone bad and corroded possibly also corroding and damaging the connections and circuits to the panel.

Do you have sound? Pics of the chassis would help, also. I've attached some "no picture" troubleshooting steps from the service manual.

cant see menu to see what mode set is in. to see if it has sound or not no white noise from set. thank you for the pic. if you would can you post the manual. thank you.

cant find jl3806 and jl2566 on bal board. to check for 12v.
