I would get a can of frez and when it goes off spray the chip and see if it comes back up if so i would replace it. If not try spraying other things. To see if it comes back up if so replace that part.Leave a comment:

? SHOULD the F+15V FROM THE P BOARD BE THERE AT ALL TIME AFTER THE POWER IS SWITCH ON. I HAVE IT AT FIRST THEN WHEN THE RELAY CLICKS IT GOES AWAY. THANKS.
