So Vs never reaches around 180V?

I can't get it to stay on now. The resistors just seem not to be in the sweet spot. Am I even doing this right?

I am going to solder some very light gauge wire to the ends of the resistors, and wrap the ends of the wire around the prongs of the proper leads on the board with the harness disconnected. Once I have everything connected, then I'll snap the harness back in place. I'm sick of trying to poke the ends of the resistors into the holes in the top of the harness where the wires go in, and hope they hit the pins.

I don't understand. I tossed my idea of jumper wires. I stripped back the sheathing on the wires going to the leads you specified. Attached the resistors directly to the wires. One resistor off of s-5v to rl-on. From the same lead connected to s-5v another resistor to m5v-on, and from that same lead, the one connected to s5v, another resistor going to vs-on. They are all wrapping bare wire. Nothing's is touching what it shouldn't. The power supply starts, a couple seconds later, shuts back off. Just like it did originally.
