Vizio v0320e

v0320e come on with good picture and sound, then within 5 min make a screeching nosie though the speakers and shuts down.
any ideas?

Found that a regulator (the one just above the heat sink near the 2 small caps ) on the main losses power when it restarted , just backlight comes on no video, no sound. TV cools then works for a few mins again and repeats
