TV won't turn on at all, no status light or anything. This TV has a mechanical switch but it seems to work good, I'm getting a 110V reading on the first fuse. But all of the outputs on the power board come up at zero volts.
I've checked the fuse on the power board, two on the Y-sustain (one glass, one surface mount), and three on the Z-sustain (two ceramic on surface mount). All seem good, and I haven't found any other fuses. I'm not sure what I could test now, but is it safe to say the problem is with the power board?
Boards pictured in order are:
Power Board
Y-Sustain
Z-Sustain
Digital Video Board
Main AV Board
Logic Control Board
(Not Pictured: Left and Right X Buffer Boards)
