KDL-37XBR6 has no picture but has sound

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum. I have searched and still had questions. Today I turned on my TV and I get no picture. There is sound, and the screen seems to be on. It blinks when I search through the channels.

So, I did some research and found out it is most likely the tcon. Did some more research and found out that it might be a fuse on the tcon. And my question is, does anyone know where this fuse it? I cannot find it at all. I would buy another tcon, but everywhere seems to be out of stock.

Thank you very much. I thought that that one was the fuse, but everyone online said to look for something with a "P" on it.

Search on GOOGLE for "T370HW02" and you may found many sellers on ebay and other online shops

I've found a few with "T370HW02" that are selling online. Are they all the same as long as they have that number? Because mine has the "07a63-1c" at the end.

be careful, before buying from these Chinese suppliers, please do lot of chat and exchange pics of products and model number and make 100% sure that both of you are talking about same product.

The number as printed on the bar code are the one you want to match because it represents the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). The White silk screen (T370HW02 V05) on the board is for the blank circuit board BEFORE it is stuffed with components. The blank board can be stuffed for various panel of the LCD panel model series, so the blank board can be used in many PCB Assembly. Did you try shopjimmy.com?

Yeah, I tried looking on shopjimmy.com, but they are also out of stock. Can't seen to find them anywhere except for those ones from China. Looks like I will be buying the ones from China.
Should I just attempt to replace that fuse first? I'm sure it won't cost much.

You can test the fuse with a digital multimeter, do you have one?

Just checked and there is continuity on that fuse.

Yep, it can be as simple as just the blown fuse, use Ohm mode, it should show less than 1 Ohm. Continuity mode may give you false reading.

Should I put back my tcon into my tv and plug the tv to check the ohm?

Resistance is always tested with power off. However, you can measure the voltage on both ends. Use your meter on volts DC. Black probe goes on the chassis, red probe on one end, record reading, then probe other end and record reading. TV should be switched on.

Okay, I will have to do that one later. TV is in a weird spot where I have to move everything because it is kinda in pieces.
The ohm reading gave me a 0.2, but I think it's really 0.1 because the leads itself gave 0.1

I know this is an old thread but this is my exact TV with the exact same problem. I was wondering what was done to solve the problem. After doing some reading on this site, I thought it would be the TConn board. I ordered the same board, hooked it up and the TV is doing the same thing.

is the screen lit at all, i.e. backlight? if it's an LCD I have seen open fuse on the inverter on a Sony TV with no apparent cause, can you confirm if the backlight is lit?
