    Low Voltage sony kv14af1

i've got a sony kv14af1 with low voltage from its power suppy (B+ is 98V, the other outputs are also low) causing it to have a variety of symptoms.

i separated the power supply from the rest of the tv and substituted a 60w bulb at its main output. the output is still the same.

i've replaced the power supply ic(strf6614), opto-isolator, ref amp (se135) but the output is still the same.

i don't have schematic for this unit and i'm running out of ideas. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

make sure the input caps are ok.
had a small sony table set that had a dim shrunken pic with hum bars.
      main filter was open.
had a tag from a tv shop that said bad flyback.
      ROFLOL!

Sounds like the PS is operating off-frequency. Replace the electrolytics in the power supply that are 1 to 4.7uf.
