So I've followed the trouble-shooting guide for 2011 televisions, and have identified the problematic part as the SU board. The guide recommends replacing the SU/SD/SC boards all together if any single one is defective. I can find the SU and SD boards online, but the SC board is sold out everywhere and has apparently been back-ordered with Panasonic since December with no production date in sight.
Panasonic themselves were no help, suggesting that I should provide an estimate from an authorized Panasonic repair shop ($150), and they will give me 10% off another Panasonic TV (but from their online store, which is about 10-20% more expensive than Fry's or Amazon
). I don't know what kind of drugs they are smoking over there, but I want some!
Could I use the SC board from a 65" vt30, or perhaps the SC boards from a newer set like the VT50? Or should I just risk changing the SU/SD boards only, and see if that fixes my problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
