hi all im working on a telefunken tv model tlcd-32hda

the problem is when i connect the tv to power the standby light is on and i can hear the relay wants to click but it not i have tested for respective voltages even on the mainboard i tested the lvds connector on the mainboard but i am not getting any voltages on the pins any help please ?

i have looked for bad and bulged capacitors but all the caps are good

Can you explain how you can hear the relay wanting to click?

its like it opens and closes very fast i do get all the voltages i checked the mainbord as well and do get voltages from the regulators on the board the tv does not want to switch on at all and i want to save it from being trown away again i got it from my neighbours garbage can please help

You will need to post clearer photos for us to work on.
Have you checked the PSON and 5V standby voltages? Do you have a DMM?
