    Vestel 17MB82S EEprom dump required

    Hi all,
First time trying to fix a TV for a friend, it's a Bush DLED32165HD.
    Power Board - 17IPS11
    Mainboard - 17MBS82S
    Panel - VES315WNDB-02

Red blinking standby light is on steady, press power button on remote and light flashes 7 times then stays steady, press power on remote again light flashes 10 times and then goes off.
Checked all the voltages on the power board inc backlight circuit, they all read ok and are stable. Backlights tested with backlight tester and all work fine (2 strips x11LED on each).
No picture, backlight or sound just blinking red led.

Checked all voltages I could find on the mainboard and all are ok. Checked mainboard with thermal camera.... no hot spots. Had a look at voltages on the pins of U10 & U12 SPI chips. VCC is 3.3(, DO(IO1) is 2.88v, /WP (IO2)3.3v then drops to )v depending on the state od red led blinks, /HOLD (IO2)3.2v, CLK 0.03v, DI(IO0)0.01v. Voltages may seem a little weird, I put that down to the IO data transmits/receives. I can scope it if required just didn't have the scope available today.
With generally working on PC's and Laptops in the past I have come across quite a few BIOS issues. It looks possibly that the firmware may be corrupt on the IC's. W25Q16DVSIG & W25Q64FVSIG.
I have tried using a USB stick with all different kinds of recovery and dumps that I could find but the TV never loads from the USB, i dont think it gets that far when starting..
I have copied the firmware that is on the 2 IC,s as separate bin files.
If anyone would have known good bin files for this configuration I would greatly appreciate it, or any knowledge on anything else I have missed and should check.
Every day is a learning day, and I am thankful for any help offered.
    Cheers
    Dave
