Samsung UE46F6400AWXXC not powering on, standby LED off

Hello, since yesterday our Samsung UE46F6400AWXXC no longer powers on, with the standby LED off. It turned off when someone attempted to clean it, not sure if related. A few days ago, there was a similar issue, but it was solved after unplugging and replugging the power. Additionally, another user of this TV reported issues of the screen turning off randomly, which were solved changing the channel.

I originally suspected the PSU, but if the mainboard is unplugged the PSU relay closes and the backlight turns on. It's only when the mainboard is connected that the relay doesn't close (no voltage on coil). Checking voltages, they seem to be normal with mainboard unplugged, but if it's plugged the only rail that works is the standby A5.3V, and for some reason the bridge rectifier output falls to about 4V. I checked for shorts in the mainboard's power connector, but I found none. I also tried unplugging the Tcon and the other boards to no avail.

Is this a mainboard issue or something else? I've seen similar models having firmware issues, but given the other symptoms, I fear it might be a panel issue.

I have attached pictures of the boards and the pinout for the mainboard power connector. Thank you in advance.

Update: I have successfully dumped the 25Q40 firmware, which I attached. Alas, it doesn't seem to match the failure pattern of other models.

Check on the motherboard ic202 - this is a 3.3 V S-1206B33 stabilizer. If it is faulty, check for short circuits in the submicom ic1201 Weltrend WT61P807 power supply.

Thank you for your reply, I checked IC202 and indeed, its output is shorted to ground. Connecting the PSU, I measured the following voltages to ground:
        pin 1 (VIN) = 5.408 V
        pin 2 (VSS) = 0.0000 V
        pin 3 (VOUT) = 0.0002 V

Checking IC1201, pins 1, 2, 3 and 24 (anticlockwise from dot mark) are shorted to ground.

Well, as I expected the answer that this would be the problem, all you have to do is replace the stabilizer, micom weltrend (program it in advance, it has internal firmware) or look for a new (donor) motherboard.

No Standby Light on Samsung UN65MU6300FXZA with Mainboard BN94-12440E
            by Michael Long
            I had a Dead Samsung UN65MU6300FXZA with Mainboard BN94-12440E
Dead / No Power / No Standby Light results after power company had three
consecutive power outages on/off/on/off/on/off after which TV was rendered unresponsive.

After exploring the issue found Mainboard was the fault. Then with research on this site determined IC1604 was the suspect. The IC1604 is a surface mounted device (SMD) EEPROM, Winbond Model 25Q40CLSIP. A read on this EEPROM came back with all FF FF FF FF FF in all registers blank and empty of data. I had a spare mainboard with intact IC1604 and utilized...

LED TV Samsung The Frame 55 inch QE55LS03RAU Standby Light only
            by ChristianBr01
            Hello everyone,
I got a Samsung The Frame 55 inch TV for free from uncle cause it is not turning on anymore. I am in the second year of training as an electrician so I have knowledge already but I am far away from to be a pro.
The TV has Standby but ist not turning on. A Friend of mine owns a 50 inch Frame TV so I checked the One Connect Box and the One Connect Cable there. Both are good and working normally. I have opened the TV case and measured some voltages on the Board.
What I already found is that the 12.8V are not an the connector to the main board connector to the power...

Samsung QLED QE65Q7FNAT only standby light
            by Kaar3l
            TV: Samsung QLED QE65Q7FNAT
            PSU: BN4400940A
            MB: BN94-12832K

I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. No picture or backlight on LCD. I thought about removing diodes like in this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...sung-qled-q60r...
