hi guys any help please i do get the voltages on the pcb but nothing on inverter an tcon board i do get voltages on the main board also any ideas

hi i have a problem with a sansui tv 40inch lcd model sty0440 it powers on but no display i replaced the powersupply with a new one i did test for voltages on the main board and do get the normal voltages im not getting voltages on the inverter board samsung INV40N14B and dont get any thing
please im a newbie @ this stuff please guide me

its like it opens and closes very fast i do get all the voltages i checked the mainbord as well and do get voltages from the regulators on the board the tv does not want to switch on at all and i want to save it from being trown away again i got it from my neighbours garbage can please helpLeave a comment:

hi all im working on a telefunken tv model tlcd-32hda
the problem is when i connect the tv to power the standby light is on and i can hear the relay wants to click but it not i have tested for respective voltages even on the mainboard i tested the lvds connector on the mainboard but i am not getting any voltages on the pins any help please ?
i have looked for bad and bulged capacitors but all the caps are good
