Panasonic TH42PZ82B standby light flashes 10 times
Hi all have been give a Panasonic TH42PZ82B. The problem it has is when it starts from cold it will come on with no problem at all. When I turn it off into standby and try to turn it on it wont start and the standby light blinks 10 times. If i leave it for 30 mins it will turn on and will be ok. Have taken the back off and the power supply is a EXT2MM702MHF have checked all the caps and cant see any that are bulging, I have also checked the caps on the other boards and all seem ok. Any help that can be offered will be much apreciated.

Its not that hard 2 do..them smd caps r small but with a steady hand & patience u should be fine..ive done 2 pannys now with same fault & i only replaced the caps & left the chips alone..reflow the solder on the pins of the 2 boards with new solder as it makes it allot easier when removing & a solder sucker is sufficient 2 use..remember 2 put the 2 plastic shields in place when reasemblingComment

I'm facing this issue since this morning. When I try to power it on, the CAPS lock light flashes 7 times (or 6 if not counting the first one when the power button is pressed). The charging light is always on as if the laptop was connected to the charger. The issues started gradually where it would flash the light but after trying multiple time it would power on. I tried to open it and I noticed one coil "1R0 2127" gets hot when the charger is connected. I’ve got a Sony KD-65XE8596 here that has no standby light coming on. I’ve tested the power board with the test meter, the TV needs 3.4 for the standby but only getting 2.4. Anything that I can change/check on the board to get it working? Pictures of the board are included.

I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. I have an Hp x360 15-u499nr laptop with a continuous white blinking power light. The laptop does turn on. The light flashes with just the battery and if I disconnect the battery and just use the power cord it still flashes and with both connected it still does. I have updated the bios and tried a hard reset with battery unplugged and power cord unplugged and holding down the power button for 60 seconds. I can't think of what else to try.
