The lvds format is set to jeida and the main options in service mode are:
Option
Control
Svc
Expert (which you can't access)
ADC/wb (this is where he tried to calibrate the hdmi)

Hi all looking for some advice had a samsung 40" led in today which the owner had been into the service menu and messed about
.He tried to calibrate the hdmi and it has now come up failure and the colours are all messed up. Any help will be greatly received. I have some photos of service menu if this helps....

Panasonic TH42PZ82B standby light flashes 10 times
Hi all have been give a Panasonic TH42PZ82B. The problem it has is when it starts from cold it will come on with no problem at all. When I turn it off into standby and try to turn it on it wont start and the standby light blinks 10 times. If i leave it for 30 mins it will turn on and will be ok. Have taken the back off and the power supply is a EXT2MM702MHF have checked all the caps and cant see any that are bulging, I have also checked the caps on the other boards and all seem ok. Any help that can be offered will be much apreciated. -

Tom you are a star
There where 3 options
1. Default Which is the one causing the problem.
2.VESA which was also the same
3. JEIDA which cured the problem.

unfortunatly this didnt work either have put in another main board and still getting the same issue could it be the ribbon cable thats u/s the one from main board to t-con board.Or should I give it up as a bad job.

the original t-con board i had did the same thing but as i had changed the 3 amp fuse on the board I just assumed i had damaged the board in some way. i have reseated the cables but still the same.Leave a comment:

Recently replaced the t-con board on the above mentioned Tv as it had sound no picture. Problem solved but now is showing really bright neon pinks and greens around the image (i.e if a person is on the screen most of them will be neon colours but can also see normal colours.) Have uploaded a pic to help explain. hope somebody can help.
