I have a 42" Vizio TV. I get picture & sound but the picture is completely red. I changed the Y board the Z board and the main board but still no solution. Has anyone run into this problem? Any info will help. Thanks!

Y and Z would never cause solid red picture. (Z may cause dim red or purple.)
However, a loose LVDS cable may cause this issue.
