? SHOULD the F+15V FROM THE P BOARD BE THERE AT ALL TIME AFTER THE POWER IS SWITCH ON. I HAVE IT AT FIRST THEN WHEN THE RELAY CLICKS IT GOES AWAY. THANKS.

10 blinks can also be A board.
If F+15V is good on relay click the PSU's probably good.
There are other supplies on the A board (9V, 3.3V, tuner (30V) etc.) These can also cause 10 blink error.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
