    panasonic tc42pc2

    ? SHOULD the F+15V FROM THE P BOARD BE THERE AT ALL TIME AFTER THE POWER IS SWITCH ON. I HAVE IT AT FIRST THEN WHEN THE RELAY CLICKS IT GOES AWAY. THANKS.

    What's the fault with the set?
    F+15V is switched I believe; it shouldn't continuously be present.

        10 blinks can also be A board.
        If F+15V is good on relay click the PSU's probably good.
        There are other supplies on the A board (9V, 3.3V, tuner (30V) etc.) These can also cause 10 blink error.
