tc-p0c2 no picture or sound 10 blinks of red light

I have a Panasonic TC-P50C2. There is no picture or sound. The red light blinks 10 times. The SC board was replaced. When I unplug the SS board, there are only 6 blinks of the red light.
I am thinking it is the SS board, just wondering if anyone has any thoughts or a possible service manual.

So what happens with the SS connected and the SC disconnected, still 10 blinks? Was the SC replaced for the current fault or a separate issue?

Measure the resistance across SS11, check for shorted transistors etc.

A +15V short on SS may cause 10 blinks?

When I disconnect the SC from the power supply and the SS, there are still 10 blinks. Resistance across SS11 is infinite, no short.

How do I check the sub voltatges that are listed for the 10 blinks in the service manual?
