Spots on the screen?!

I have found the second TV with these spots(other TV had only one) and I was wondering what that could be?

Defective LCD panel. Often times the spots will go away when heated, or sometimes on their own. Can be permanent. May be due to separation of the thin film layers in the LCD panel due to manufacturing defects. The one thing I've noticed is it's rarely ever just one spot on the panel that appears -- almost always a cluster. Very unusual.
