Vizio e321vl u18 chip pinouts

Hey guys I went on my own replacing the epprom however when I was soldering the epprom one of the connections came off and I was wondering If I could run a jumper to it. When looking at the board it's third pin going from left to right on the side of the chip with the recessed dot. Please help me so I can get it working. Btw I know I need the epprom because I tested it before soldering and it worked and when I went to solder it the connection came off

Post a good close up photo of the damaged area of the board. We can try to see where you can run a jumper to.

I saw the 3 spots where it could have been connected to but i didnt know which one

You have damaged more than one pad there, by the looks of it.

yes i did but i ran a jumper to that one. I just need to figure out which one do i put to that circled pin

I believe this is it MX25L6406E. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could use an ohm meter and find where that trace leads to so I can solder a jumper to it

Pin 3 may be connected to the ground (pin 4) if you do not require the TV to be able to update its firmware through the user interface or service port.

How do I know the pin number? What number is the one I have circled?

pin 1 is marked with a dot, then count right, when you reach the end of one side, count from the same end of one side backwards.

e.g.

8 7 6 5

1 2 3 4

Also there on the opposite site of the one circled when you look at the picture the first 2 pins on the left are bridged somewhere but not by the pads i checked are they suppose to be?

A bridge between #1 and #2 does not make sense...

That makes sense. Both go to Vcc, or the supply voltage for the chip, which disables it's HOLD feature.

So it should work fine with pin 3 and 4 connected?

Yes, IF the pad is definitely destroyed.
