Vizio 3D m3d550kd parts interchange with m3d550kde?

So I have an opportunity to buy 2 vizio 3d led tvs really cheap but am curious about something and hope someone here might know the answer.

The first tv is model m3d550kd and it powers on but the screen is shattered, the second is a m3d550kde that won't power on. I am just curious if the parts may be interchangeable?

From what I can find the only known differences in specs are refresh rates, one is 120 and the other is 240. This leads me to think possibly different main boards or at least different software but I am thinking possibly the same power supply and connections. Any thoughts???

If it is an LED Vizio, it will most likely be using an LG-Philips LCD with a custom AmTRAN T-con board. You could probably swap the parts between them. Check ShopJimmy and other sites for images of the boards.

I've checked but they are both too new and no one carries parts for them yet that I have found.

Would agree with the all LG parts internal, just wondering if they are interchangeble seeing how the specs are a bit different as far as colors and refresh rates.

Oh, and yes it is a vizio led 3d hdtv

I can get both tvs for about 300-350 but that doesn't leave much room to order parts and make money so trying to make sure I can fix one with the 2.

I dunno if I'd be willing to risk so much. It's nice to fix a 55", but I'd rather take less risk on (say) a 42" or 50".

My experience with Vizio LED/LCD TVs 120hz vs 240hz. The only common part will be the power supply. And maybe the LED driver board. That will be my guess.
