    RCA L22HD31 power supply issues

"posted this in the power supply forum but didn't know there was a tv forum sorry for repost"

First off i would like to say hi as i'm new to the badcaps forum, 2 day's ago I received a 32 inch RCA HDTV from my friend and the power light blinks like crazy and won't start i was able to run the t-con board just fine using a seperate 5 and 12 volt power source, everything start's minus the CCFL tube's X4 that light the screen because the inverter is on the same board as the power supply. there are no bloated caps to be seen but i hear a clicking noise from the area of the board circled in red i think it may be a bad transformer any thought's ?

sorry for my grammer i haven't slept awake since yesterday trying to figure this out

    TV model: RCA L22HD31

    supply/inverter model: jsi-220406

Heat up the board with hair dryer first to see if it will come on. It can be as simple as small start up caps (22~47uf 50V) in the primary side section.

Yes, one is close to the left heatsink where the MOSFET is mounted, another one is close to the black opto-isolator.
