SHARP LC32AD5-GY wont turn on

Hi, today my SHARP LC32AD5-GY is totally dead. Yesterday the tv was working fine, today i turn it on but i only have the green light when i press the power button. I have no picture and no sound and the tv is stuck on black screen w/o light. If i press the power button the tv doesn't turn off, the only way to turn off is to remove the power cable. There is any way to fix it? Anybody had the same problem?

Probably best to take it apart first and looked for obviously bad components. Posting pictures on the forum of the insides of your TV would also help a lot with the troubleshooting.
Lastly, do you have a multimeter or can you borrow one? And if yes, do you know the basics of how to use it?
