Samsung LE40M87BDX. Green lines across the middle of the screen. Like the Matrix

Got a LE40M87BDX Sammy with this green lines across the middle of the screen.
They do come and go.
Main board or T Con?
Can get some better pics if needed.
Any help would be great

Affects menu completely (scrambled) - I'd say main board but first try this:

On remote control:
POWER OFF into standby
INFO
MENU
MUTE
POWER ON

Set will boot into service menu, select factory reset and then power TV on (it should power off after reset but if it doesn't just turn it off.)
