two part question about a screen protection for my 42" LCD.
was wondering if theres an inexpensive route other than just buying a big slab of plexiglass at my local hardware store. something with more optical
clarity sold by the square inch maybe?
and along the lines of tint. surely some of you have been watching tv
at night and notice the backlight is TOO BRIGHT even when adjusting the settings to lowest bright levels the whites are blasting.
i was thinking that a tinted screen protector would drop the white levels a bit
while theres still alot of levels range to boost from the picture settings to compensate loss of color
"vibrance" ..is that word i'm looking for?
so has anyone considered tinting their screen protectors?
