    Bush TV cross Phillips?

Got this TV a few weeks ago, standby led goes from red to green contiguously, back lights do not come on or anything else for that matter.
I've been looking for service manuals but only found a schematic for the PSU, the TV front logo is Sansu but no info on the web, the main board seems to be a Phillips and the PSU is a Profilo telra.
I have replaced all the 25V/1000 uf caps as some were swollen and also the 16v/2200uf caps, managed to fit one reverse polarity and it went with a bang!
C322 has a reading of 25 Ohms which the lowest on the board although its a vent cap. There is also a stanby transformer to verify.
All fuses on the inverter board are good and as with the caps so think the main issue is with the PSU??

Is it Sansu or Sansui - which did you search

Have you replaced or tested the startup cap

In Pic 3 on right hand side near the no 5 there is a right
      angled trace looks burnt through?

On pic2 there are other odd looking bits if you can get a clearer pic without flash would help one is on the right hand side near the 24v connector the 3 legged device attached to the L shaped heat sink- another is the brown spot going straight up from pin 7 of that connector.

Got admit I haven't replaced it or identified it, have been checking all the caps for low Resistance and replacing swollen ones so far.

Got a situation here that I would appreciate you'all pros to have a look at! My buddy's 37" Amstrad blew an IC on the PSU and I read that replacing the IC does not solve the issue.
I have not cleaned or done anything to the board but as one can see the soldering is pretty poor.
I was going to start a new thread but notice this board is similar to the above Telra on the 32".
What would be an easy fix here, buy a kit or junk the board?
