I think your multimeter battery is low, because of the low battery indicator.
Please can you check an AA battery to see if it is reading good, as I detailed in a previous post.
If this shows as good, it is usually possible to adjust the PSU to original voltages. I just hope that it's only shutting down due to overload or overvoltage, and nothing has been damaged.
The other numbers only affect the picture in general. For example a low -Vy (around -200V) would cause parts of your picture to appear to "stick" and not change on sudden movements. They would not cause the symptom in question, but they can be adjusted later if there are still problems. You'd have to refer to a service manual for the panel to know what each voltage in that list is, because it's different for many types of LG PDP.
