The problem is the model of the panel (42V6 or 42V7) is old, and parts are hard to get. A temporary fix may be to reduce Vs by about 5 volts and see if flickering stops, but it would be temporary at best.

I'm afraid this one won't be saved as its not worth it in the long run.
should I just sell the power supply off and garbage the rest.
Thanks for your help Tom its been good. I'm only learning and understanding.
Fixing plasma tv's is allot harder than other types.
How much do you have in it? I would scrap it and sell the bits.
