On Y-Sustain board taking out the fuse leaves the tv defective with the same symptoms.
So I'm guessing something isn't right with the Y-Sustain board. I re-soldered the IPM chip.
Still no go there. Guessing there isn't something right with Y-Sustain board.Comment

I found some on ebay but the prize for what the tv is worth is ridiculous.

The problem is the model of the panel (42V6 or 42V7) is old, and parts are hard to get. A temporary fix may be to reduce Vs by about 5 volts and see if flickering stops, but it would be temporary at best.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. yeah then theres the loss of color isn't there.
I'm afraid this one won't be saved as its not worth it in the long run.
should I just sell the power supply off and garbage the rest.

I would like to get some help on a 820-2850 logic board with intermittent charging problem. Sometimes the battery will charge all the way and sometimes magsafe would be cycling between green and orange.
I have already tried replacing dc-in board, swapping good battery, swapping genuine 85w chargers. None of that helps..
when it is not intermittent:
PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_R is 12.07v
when it is intermittent:
When the light is green, PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_R is 12.99v
when the light is orange, PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_R is 11.62v

Good morning everyone
I have this Telefunken te43550b40q2k TV that has intermittent backlighting, sometimes it turns on and then does not turn back on.
I tested the LED bars and all three work, not even one burned LED, then I tried to put only two bars short-circuiting the end of the connection cable and it does not give any problem the LEDs stay on without problems, I also tried short-circuiting the central connector and the initial one, always no problem, but as soon as I put the third bar, no matter the position the problems start again.

Hi all,
I'm working on a Sherwood R-965 at the moment. It came in with relays clicking constantly and also going into protect mode.
I've re-soldered a lot of dry joints and replaced quite a few capacitors and now it works, but I still have one problem I haven't solved and would like some opinions.
The vacuum display is quite intermittent. Sometimes it won't turn on, sometimes it will turn on but the characters, numbers and letters are frozen on, regardless of which buttons are pushed. And sometimes it works flawlessly. If the display doesn't turn on initially, restarting... -

I have an Envy 13-BA1565na here with an Intel Core i7 i7-1165G7 CPU (board is a LA-J475P Rev 1.0) which has an intermittent power button issue. The power button is integrated into the keyboard, and I have ruled out the keyboard, BIOS and battery as being the issue.
